WORSHIP MINISTRIES

Join us this May in worship, on a journey to North Carolina, where we will discover Nowhere Is Safe from climate change, but, at the same time, the Roots of Resilience can be developed anywhere.

OUTREACH MINISTRIES

As we talk about natural disasters and climate change during the month of May, we will be collecting disaster response supplies for UMCOR - the United Methodist Committee on Relief. These supplies will be sent across the U.S. to wherever clean-up supplies are needed after a flood, tornado, hurricane, or other disaster. 

We will collect a different item each week:

May 3 - Liquid household cleaner (56-80 oz)

May 10 - Dish soap (42-64 oz)

May 17 - Liquid laundry detergent (100-150 oz)

May 24 - Scrub brushes

Items may be placed in the bins in the narthex/lobby. You may also give funds to purchase these supplies by marking your offering as "Disaster Supplies." Thank you for supporting disaster survivors around the country!

Urban Farm Church Events

Dig in the Dirt Days begin Sunday May 3rd! 

Volunteer on the Farm every Sunday from 12 -1 pm

Food Workshop - Wednesday, May 13th @ 6 - 7:30 pm

Crafts and Community -  Sunday, May 17th @ 1-3 pm

All events will take place in the Fellowship Hall or on the farm!
