SCHOOL SUPPLIES NEEDED FOR AUGUST 8 GIVEAWAY
This week, July 26 - Aug 2 is the last week to bring in school supplies to be given away at our August 8 Back-to-School Maize Manor Market. A collection bin is placed outside the Sanctuary, or you can drop off your supplies at the church office.
Supplies Needed:
Backpacks Scissors (kids) Glue sticks Sharpened yellow pencils Black dry erase markers
Crayola markers Crayola crayons (24 or 48) Pencil pouches Plastic folders 1-Subject Notebooks
Colored Pencils
If you prefer to give a donation for the purchase of school supplies, make your check out to Maize Manor UMC with 'School Supplies' in the Memo line.
Nationwide Children’s Hospital will host Playstreets on Saturday August 22 from 11 am - 2 pm

Are you a widow or widower? Would you like to meet with others?
Join us on the 4th Monday of each month at 4pm @ Pizza House.

Urban Farm Church Events
Get FREE, fresh produce every Sunday from June -October at the Farmstand!
If you haven’t already, information is available at the farmstand on how to sign up for the farmshare program.
Dig in the Dirt Days! Volunteer on the Farm every Sunday from 12 -1 pm
A new week-night volunteer opportunity is here this summer! We invite you to join us for Wednesday Weeding from 7-8 pm through August! Work may include weeding, re-planting, harvesting, and more! No sign-up, just show-up when you can!
In lieu of Make it Together the Urban Farm Church will host a Healing Garden Tour and Activity. Join @ 1 pm on Sunday, August 16 for a tour and Herbal Eye Pillow activity!
