Jesus, Moses and the Buddha walked into a bar… This may sound like the start of a bad joke.
But, what do you think would happen if Jesus did walk into a bar, and met the leaders of other
major religions? How would he get along with them? Would he condemn them, or search for
common ground? This September, we are going to explore the teachings of Jesus in the
gospels…and consider what it means to believe One God is the Creator, Redeemer and
Sustainer of us all.

Spiritual Challenge: God Sightings
The Spirit lives and moves in all things; but different people see God in different places. Ask
yourself the following questions:
- Where do you see God?
- Do you believe God created the universe? How?
- How can you tell when you are in a good relationship with God?
- How does God sustain you and give you strength?
- How does God want people to treat each other?
