Planning a ministry event or program at Maize Manor United Methodist Church?
Please submit a Ministry Event Request Form to the Church Office to confirm building availability, request publicity, and have your event added to the church calendar.

Once you’ve filled out the form on your computer, please save and then attach it to an email and send to information@maizemanorumc.org. The Church Office will review your request and confirm approval and building availability.
