Easter Sunday is always uplifting, with music and excitement and everyone being filled with the Spirit. Then, when the holiday ends, there is a tendency for life to return to “normal”. Yet, for the church, Easter is not intended to be a 1-day Holiday Event. The resurrection is something we continue to experience in our day-to-day lives as the Spirit of Christ comes to life in us. So, this May, we are going to celebrate the things that excite the passion of the Spirit in you. I am going to share stories about some of the people I know who have discovered their passion at home, through the church, and in the world of work. And I will invite you to ask yourself the question: What is the SPARK that lights you up with the fire of God?
